Pow Forecast provides informational weather and snowfall guidance only. Forecasts, model blends, maps, and snowfall totals may be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
By using the site, you agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the site, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or represent Pow Forecast data as official output from NOAA, NWS, MET Norway, ECMWF, DWD, or any ski resort.
You are responsible for your own travel, safety, avalanche, weather, and mountain-operation decisions. Always verify conditions with official forecasts, local authorities, avalanche centers, and ski area operations before relying on any forecast.
Pow Forecast may suspend, limit, or change the service at any time, including features, models, and availability. No warranty is provided. To the extent allowed by law, No Fall Zone LLC disclaims liability for losses resulting from reliance on forecasts, downtime, or data errors. Local mandatory consumer protections still apply where they cannot be disclaimed.
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where enforceable, the laws of the state governing No Fall Zone LLC, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.
